2024年7月2日，“中国.四川-坦桑尼亚贸易投资推介会”在坦桑尼亚达累斯萨拉姆成功举办。坦桑尼亚投资部部长、坦桑尼亚工贸部副部长、中资企业商会会长等领导和嘉宾应邀出席并讲话。来自四川和坦桑尼亚当地的70余家企业相关负责人和代表出席会议。

四川楚风新能源科技有限公司总经理吴显勇应邀出席推介会并进行了主题发言和分享，作为推介会重点推荐公司，吴显勇通过英文发言，分享了新能源的发展历程和对非洲社会和市场的研究和思考，以及针对非洲市场的特殊系统解决方案，尤其是针对非洲当地年轻人的结合新能源行业的系统培训的公益计划进行了系统性的阐述。

Ladies and gentlemen,Good afternoon,

On behalf of ChuFeng Group, a startup company in New Energy, I would like to extend our sincere gratitude for the opportunity to speak at this esteemed 48th SABASABA. It is a privilege to be among such distinguished pioneers of African and industry leaders all around the world. Let me give a brief introduction of our initiatives, while share some insights and development plans for green growth in Africa.

我谨代表新能源创业公司楚风集团，衷心感谢有机会在受人尊敬的第48届SABASABA上发言。很荣幸能成为非洲和世界各地行业领导者的杰出先驱之一。请允许我简单介绍一下我们的举措，同时分享一些关于非洲绿色增长的见解和发展计划。

Today, I came here as the founder and CEO of ChuFeng New Energy, Actually besides my business role, I have been engaged in public welfare for 17 years. I’ll leverage that later, but now let’s begin from our company.

今天，我以楚风新能源创始人兼CEO的身份来到这里，其实除了我的商业角色，我从事公益事业已经有17年了。我稍后会利用这一点，但现在让我们从我们公司开始。

As you can see, ChuFeng started up in 2019. As I was an architect before, we began from the construction fields. When we sensed the trend of green building, we turned to energy saving and management, while a series of new companies have been registered. Till now, a group including finance, design, produce, construction, operation and new materials has been found, while based on the targeted markets and business, branch offices in Chengdu, Beijing, Tibet, and Singapore are established. Localized companies in Tanzania and Nigeria will be registered very soon. We also be approved as national high-tech companies and IPs for the innovation and operation.

如您所见，楚风于 2019 年启动。由于我以前是一名建筑师，我们从建筑领域开始。当我们感受到绿色建筑的趋势时，我们转向了节能和管理，同时注册了一系列新公司。截至目前，已成立集金融、设计、生产、施工、运营、新材料于一体的集团，并且根据面向的重点市场和业务领域，在成都、北京、西藏、新加坡都成立了分公司，即将在坦桑尼亚和尼日利亚成立本地化的运营公司。公司还被批准为国家高新技术企业和创新运营知识产权。

 I’d like to talk more about our 3 village scaled PV-Energy storage-Heating projects in Tibet. Due to the high altitude and tough conditions, fuel or electricity heating through water-based system is nearly impossible in winter. ChuFeng found a new way. Tibet has abundant solar resources, so the PV panels are installed to generate power; then the electricity will be turned into heat by the heating material; and also be stored in the PCM for daytime heating. This off grid and waterless technology roadmap is proved successful. All the 3 projects are qualified upon acceptance. Due to the successful resolution of heating issues for farmers and herders in remote and frigid areas, our Tibet project has protected the plateau environment and improved the quality of people's livelihoods. It has received recognition and promotion of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, PRC.

我想多谈谈我们在西藏的3个村庄规模的光伏-储能-供热项目。由于海拔高和条件恶劣，冬季几乎不可能通过水基系统进行燃料或电力加热。楚风找到了一条新路。西藏太阳能资源丰富，因此安装光伏电池板发电;然后电会被加热材料转化为热量;也可存放在 PCM 中以供白天加热。事实证明，这种离网和无水技术路线图是成功的。3个项目一经验收即合格。由于我们西藏项目成功解决高寒偏远地区农牧民采暖问题，保护了高原环境，改善了民生质量，得到了中国住建部的认可和推广。

We are a startup company, but we developed dynamically. As for me, thanks to these distinguishing features: openness, responsiveness, innovation and proficiency in leveraging new technologies and processes, addressing real issues, and truly empowering local development and livelihoods.

我们是一家初创公司，但我们是动态发展的。就我而言，这要归功于这些显着特征：开放性、响应能力、创新性和利用新技术和新流程、解决实际问题以及真正增强当地发展和生计的能力。

Subsequently, for further addressing issues such as inconsistent standards, deploy challenges, and logistical difficulties, we have developed heating (cooling) energy storage modules, thus elevated our thinking and culture from a project level to a product level. This has further integrated off grid electricity and thermal energy, and led to innovation products like prefabricated integrated houses, cold storage refrigerators for different scenario, all patented now. Especially for Africa, portable boxes and cold chain containers with adaptive thermal storage capabilities can efficiently address issues related to vaccine storage, pharmaceutical preservation, and fresh preservation of agricultural and sideline products. The use of efficient refrigerators and integrated houses that do not require additional electricity can empower relevant industry chains and enhance production and daily life.

随后，为了进一步解决标准不一致、部署挑战和物流困难等问题，我们开发了加热（冷却）储能模块，从而将我们的思维和文化从项目层面提升到产品层面。这进一步整合了离网电力和热能，并导致了预制集成房屋、不同场景的冷藏冰箱等创新产品，现在都获得了专利。特别是对于非洲地区，能够自适应蓄冷保温的手提箱、冷链箱能够高效解决疫苗保存、药品保存、农副产品保鲜等医疗民生问题，而无需额外电能的高效冷柜、一体屋等产品的使用，更可为相关产业链和生产生活赋能。

Thus, we come to Africa，viewed as a dynamic continent full of vitality and endless possibilities. Our overseas company named Solar Tribe, this is the logo which already trademarked. You all know the word solar refers to PV, but the word tribe, besides the settlement of Africa, also means a group of people who thrive for better world. So does our slogan, offering accessible, affordable, reliable green power to more tribes, and enlightening both the house and the little world of the people.

因此，我们来到非洲，被视为一个充满活力和无限可能性的大陆。我们的海外公司名为Solar Tribe，这是已经注册商标的标志。大家都知道太阳能这个词指的是光伏，但部落这个词，除了非洲的定居点之外，还意味着一群为更美好的世界而茁壮成长的人。我们的口号也是如此，为更多的部落提供可访问、负担得起、可靠的绿色能源，并照亮人们的房子和小世界。

Returning to public welfare person, I am lucky enough to be a member of Cyrus Tang Foundation when I was in my second year of university, and have been involved in planning and executing charitable activities ever since then. Currently, I am the Chairman of my own Public Welfare organization, Zhiyuan, which is dedicated in technology charitable activities and a bigger platform building. Following the completion of projects in Tibet, not only our team members grow a lot, we have organized numerous science and technology charitable events, using VR technology to broaden children's global perspectives and sow the seeds of technological equality.

回到公益事业，我有幸在大学二年级时成为唐仲英基金会的成员，从那时起就一直参与慈善活动的策划和执行。目前，我是我自己的公益组织知远的主席，该组织致力于科技慈善活动和更大的平台建设。随着西藏项目的完成，不仅我们的团队成员成长了很多，还组织了无数的科技慈善活动，利用VR技术拓宽了孩子们的视野，播下了科技平等的种子。

We have learned Africa for a long time, some detailed plans are developed and being implemented. Till now, we have established deep collaboration with several universities and governors in Nigeria. We will operate on an investment + operation model to provide green, reliable, and economical 24/7 electricity services. We also sell compact energy recourses and the diverse prefabricated products to African uses. Embracing a philosophy of long-term commitment to localized operations, we will participate in Africa's renewable energy market as a really local company. Through initiatives like employing local staff and jointly nurturing talents, we aim to benefit more African people.

我们很早就了解了非洲，一些详细的计划已经制定并正在实施。到目前为止，我们已经与尼日利亚的几所大学和州长建立了深入的合作。我们将以投资+运营模式运营，提供绿色、可靠、经济的24/7电力服务。我们还向非洲市场销售紧凑型能源资源和各种预制产品。秉承长期致力于本地化运营的理念，我们将作为一家真正的本地公司参与非洲的可再生能源市场。通过雇用当地员工和共同培养人才等举措，我们旨在造福更多的非洲人。

 We will conduct our business from an ESG perspective, providing photovoltaic electricity and reducing fossil fuel consumption, while offering local residents opportunities to experience new energy. We will plan technology charitable activities suitable for the local context and position ourselves as a platform and hub, connecting Africa with global intellectuals, and contributing to African development under the principles of co-creation, co-construction, and sharing.

Thank your for having me here in Tanzania again. We are committed to fully engaging in Tanzania's development and future of green energy. As we move forward, looking forward to building more connections, fostering more innovation, and empowering local communities more with all the friends.
